Iraq PM agrees that first F-16 delivery to Iraq is major milestone

A report from the White House says that Vice President Joe Biden and Iraqi Prime Minister Abadi agreed in a joint call that the delivery of new F-16 fighter jets to Iraq symbolized a "major-milestone' in the countrie's partnership.
