Herzog: Netanyahu using 'Tisha B'Av syndrome' to scare the nation
Opposition leader Isaac Herzog believes that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "is using the Tisha B'Av syndrome" to scare the people of Israel, the Zionist Union wrote on his Facebook on Saturday.
"Netanyahu is slowly sowing deep anxieties into the hearts of the nation, and has an unbalanced effect on our national emotions. It must stop," Herzog wrote.
Tisha B'Av, an annual fast day which commemorates the destruction of both the First and Second Temples in Jerusalem, will be marked on Sunday.
