UN Security Council condems Duma arson attack "in the strongest terms"
The Security Council released a statement saying its members "expressed profound outrage and condemned in the strongest terms the vicious terrorist attack."
The council members also encouraged "all sides to work to lower tension, reject violence, avoid all provocations, and seek a path toward peace."
