Public transport tariffs set to drop drastically in coming months
Transportation Minister Israel Katz and Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon have reached an agreement on a planned reduction of public transit tariffs. As part of the framework which will be enacted within the next few months, leading prices of monthly "Hofshee Hodshee" (unlimited merged train and bus cards) to drop by 28-42 percent.
Regular bus fares are set to decrease as well in the coming months.
