Paratroopers commander named military sec. to prime minister

Colonel Elizer Toledano was on Friday announced as the next military secretary to the prime minister. Toledano commanded the IDF's Paratroopers Brigade during Operation Protective Edge last year, and will now be promoted to the rank of Brigadier-general.
