Students in Sderot and Gaza border towns to receive NIS 500 housing subsidy
Students living in Sderot and Gaza border communities will receive a housing subsidy of NIS 500 starting this year, the Ministry for the Development of the Galilee announced on Sunday, ahead of the upcoming academic year.
The initiative is part of the government's decision to invest in Sderot and Gaza border towns after Operation Protective Edge. Around 720 students will be eligible for the benefit.
