Paragliders haven't earned a very good name for themselves in Israel and around the world recently, due in part to near collisions and disruptions to various flying contraptions considered to be slightly more main stream.
Hoffman, a real estate agent, started taking video from the air as a hobby with a GoPro camera attached to his paraglider.
But paragliders make up for their downsides with an unparalleled potential to capture aerial visuals, and no one is more familiar with these abilities than Israeli Nir Hoffman (45) who took to the air recently, capturing Israel's beaches and hottest tourist destinations of 2015 in stunning quality.

"I decided to try it, and the footage from the glide was incredible, from angles that unfamiliar in the field - not in Israel at least," Hoffman told Ynet.
Hoffman captured his most recent footage from around Israel in 4K quality, what he says will be the next standard in advanced television screens.
After having covered Eilat and Haifa from above, Hoffman says he plans on getting the Dead Sea and other hard-to-reach places.
Hoffman also plans of making some paragliding trips abroad though he'll be forced to travel by regular airplane this time.
