4-year-old declared deceased after being run over in Jerusalem

A 4-year-old boy was declared deceased in the trauma room of Hadassah Hospital Sunday after being hit by a car in the Bayit Vagan neighborhood in Jerusalem. Magen David Adom medics tried to revive the boy but were unsuccessful.
