US-led coalition conducts 14 air strikes against Islamic State
The United States and its allies carried out 14 air strikes against Islamic State militants in Iraq and Syria on Thursday, a US military statement said.
Nine air raids in Iraq hit militant targets near seven cities, including Mosul and Kirkuk, said the statement issued on Friday, and five air strikes were carried out in Syria.
