Palestinian terrorist indicted for throwing grenade at a Jaffa yeshivah

An Indictment was filed in the Tel Aviv District Court against Palestinian terrorist Hafez Kundus, previously jailed for 28 years for security crimes, in which he is accused of throwing a grenade at a yeshivah in Jaffa earlier this month. He said he threw the grenade to frighten the "settlers" at the yeshivah.

Kundus was released three years ago, and during his time in prison he became a Palestinian national hero.
