IDF source: Wounded child not shot by an Israeli

An IDF source said no Israelis were involved in the shooting of a 6-year-old Palestinian boy in the West Bank, and that the incident appeared to be part of an inter-Palestinian conflict.

A Palestinian source claimed earlier that an Israeli driver had shot the child.
