Post-primary educational institutions in Jerusalem will not open this morning following the announcement made by the city and the municipal parents' organization Wednesday night. This is in protest for not alloting a full budget for school security until 4:30pm daily. The amount needed for the security in question is estimated at NIS 15 million.
