A soldier was lightly injured in the head from a stone thrown at him during a violent riot of Palestinians at the entrance to the al-Fawwar refugee camp south of Hebron. IDF troops shot live ammunition in the direction of the stone-thower.
At the same time, dozens of Palestinians were throwing stones towards the border fence in the central Gaza strip. IDF troops shot tear gas in their direction.
