Houston police are searching for suspects in last week's fatal shooting at Texas Southern University after releasing two men who were quickly detained following the shooting.
Police released a statement Monday saying investigators were searching for a suspect in the death of 18-year-old student Brent Randall. The freshman and another person were shot Friday in a parking lot outside a student housing complex.
The statement says the second victim remains hospitalized in stable condition.
