Turkey's foreign minister has warned a Syrian Kurdish group linked to Turkey's Kurdish rebels that Ankara would not hesitate to respond to any moves threatening Turkey.
The warning by Feridun Sinirlioglu came on Thursday during a joint news conference with the visiting Saudi foreign minister.
Turkey is concerned about increased cooperation between its ally the United States and the Syrian Kurdish forces -- which are affiliated with the Kurdistan Workers' Party, or PKK. The PKK is considered a terror organization by Turkey and its allies.
Turkey this week complained of US weapons reportedly supplied to Syrian Kurds it said could fall in the hands of the PKK.
