Secretary General of the UN Ban Ki-moon on Tuesday urged Israeli and Palestinian leaders to act quickly in order to stop a "dangerous escalation in violence." Ban was speaking at a press conference with Israeli President Reuven Rivlin during a surprise visit to Israel.
