India says Pakistani firing kills 1 in Indian-held Kashmir

India has accused Pakistan of a cease-fire violation in Kashmir in which one Indian civilian was killed and another was wounded.
Police Inspector General Danish Rana said the civilians were repairing a razor wire fence along the de facto border in the Samba sector when they were hit by Pakistani firing.
An official in India's Border Security Force said Indian border guards also fired at Pakistani troops.
There was no immediate Pakistani comment.
