Man and woman seriously wounded by stabbing in Haifa, background criminal

A man and a woman in their 30s were seriously wounded in a stabbing on Kibbutz Galuyot Street in Haifa. The backgroud to the stabbing is criminal.
The woman was found in the stairwell of their apartment building and the man inside the flat. Both have been taken to Haifa's Rambam hospital.
