Russian FM Lavrov: Sending American troops to Syria increases importance of cooperation
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that sending American special forces troops to Syria increases the importance of a military cooperation between Russia and the United States.
The United States has announced that it will send a small number of special forces soldiers to northern Syria, to aid in the fight against ISIS.
