Bill to establish mandatory minimum sentences for stone throwers passes second, third readings
The bill to establish a mandatory minimum sentence for stone-throwers and fine parents of minors convicted of terrorism has passed the second and thirds readings in the Knesset, Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked (Yisrael Beytenu) announced on Monday night.
