CNN: US official says most likely cause of plane crash planted bomb from ISIS

CNN has reported a US official as saying that the most likely cause of the Russian jet crash was a bomb planted by Islamic State. At the same time, the official said, the US intelligence community has not reached a formal conclusion as to the cause of the crash.
