Reports from Syria: Israel attacked Damascus Airport

Syrian reports of an Israeli attack on Damascus Airport emerged on Wednesday evening. Opposition media outlets reported that explosions were heard at the airport, followed by a power outage and the temporary grounding of aircraft.

Additionally, a Facebook page identified with the regime claimed that early in the morning a military post near to the Damascus International Airport was attacked by Israel.
