Indictment: 16 year-old belonged to Hamas military wing
The Southern District Prosecutor's Office has presented the youth district court in Be'er Sheva with an indictment against a 16-year-old boy who is under suspicion of belonging to Hamas' military wing.
The indictment states that the boy took part in Hamas military training and aided the organization in their tunnel digging efforts.
