IDF troops blocked roads in Tulkarm overnight Wednesday and early Thursday, including one of the entrances to the city near the Nur Shams refugee camp.
The troops were searching for the terrorists responsible for the shooting attack near Avnei Hefetz that left two, Shaul and Rachel Nir, wounded.
