Kerry to meet Putin in Russia next week - State Department

US Secretary of State John Kerry will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Russia on December 15, the State Department has announced. The two sides will be discussing Syria and Ukraine.
Kerry will arrive in Russia after his visit to Paris, where on Tuesday he will take part in another discussion on the situation in Syria.
