Iranian general Soleimani met Putin in Moscow

DUBAI - The commander of foreign operations in Iran's Revolutionary Guards, General Qassem Soleimani, visited Moscow last week for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and high-ranking military commanders, Fars news agency reported on Wednesday.
"General Soleimani held a meeting with President Putin and high-ranking Russian military and security officials during a three-day visit last week... They discussed the latest developments in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Lebanon," Fars said, quoting unnamed sources.
