Greek parliament to recognize Palestinian state

Sources in Greece said on Sunday that the country's parliament is to officially recognize a Palestinian state on Tuesday, following a vote last week. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is expected to be present at the official ceremony, and will likely arrive in Athens on Sunday.
