The Israeli Supreme Court rejected the appeal of Roman Zadorov on Wednesday, ruling that he is guilty of the murder of 13-year-old Tair Rada. The three-Justice panel was split on the issue, with Justices Yitzchak Amit and Zvi Zilbertal voting to convict, while Justice Yoram Danziger voted to acquit him due to what he perceived as a reasonable doubt.
Rada wss murdered in December 2006, and the issue of her killer's identity has been a point of controversy. Many, including Rada's mother Ilana, still believe Zadorov isn't the real murderer.
