MDA treats 461 Israelis on New Year's Eve
Magen David Adom paramedics and medics treated 461 people in Israel on New Year's Eve.
Forty-three of them were injured in car accidents, all lightly. Eight were wounded in violent incidents, 62 teenagers consumed too much alcohol, and 14 pregnant women were evacuated to hospitals during the night.
A 26-year-old woman was found unconscious at a party held at a Tel Aviv apartment. MDA paramedics performed CPR on her and evacuated her to the hospital in serious condition.
