Shin Bet statistics show fall in terror attacks in Israel for December
The Shin Bet has released statistics showing a decline in the number of terror attacks between November and December.
According to the data, there were 246 terror attacks and security incidents in December, including throwing of Molotov cocktails. Of those incidents, 194 took place in the West Bank compared with two attacks inside the Green Line. Jerusalem saw 183 security incidents and another seven occured in the Gaza Strip.
Three Israeli citizens were killed and 44 wounded as a result of these terror attacks, compared with 10 killed and 58 wounded in November. In November 326 terror attacks and security incidents took place.
