US Treasury sanctions Lebanese man, company for Hezbollah links

The US Treasury said on Thursday it was imposing sanctions on Lebanon-based Ali Youssef Charara and Spectrum Investment Group Holding.
The department's Office of Foreign Assets Control added the two to its Specially Designated Nationals list. Spectrum is a telecommunications company based in Beirut.
