Egypt's court of appeals rejected on Saturday an appeal by former President Hosni Mubarak and his two sons over a three-year jail sentence for corruption.
An Egyptian court sentenced Mubarak and his sons to three years in jail without parole on May 9 in a retrial, although the trio is unlikely to go to jail again as they had already served their sentences.
