Former President Shimon Peres sent to Sheba Medical Center after suspected heart attack

Former President and Prime Minister Shimon Peres was sent to Sheba Medical Center after a suspected heart attack.

He was taken to the hospital fully conscious and at this stage there is no danger of his life. Doctors are giving him a series of comprehensive tests to check whether he had a cardiac incident and the results will be available in the near future.
