Second Palestinian dies after being hit by IDF fire in Gaza

A second Palestinian has been killed during clashes along the Gaza border fence with the IDF east of Al-Bureij. The man, a 26-year-old resident of Khan Younis, was seriously wounded after being shot in the stomach and later died from his wounds in hospital.
