Jerusalem Police catches knife-carrying Palestinian near Damascus Gate
Jerusalem Police officers caught a Palestinian man near Jerusalem's Damascus Gate with a knife among his belongings.
Officers noticed a suspicious man, came over to examine him, and found a knife hidden in his shirt sleeve. He is apparently a 26-year-old Palestinian from Jenin.
He is tentatively suspected of planning to perpetrate a stabbing attack in the sensitive Old City area, which has seen several terror attacks during the current terror wave.
