Soldiers say they mistakenly entered Qalandiya because of Waze app

The soldiers who accidentally entered the Qalandiya refugee camp in the West Bank on Monday night entered because they were using the Waze navigation app, military sources said on Tuesday. They were equipped with weapons and cartridges when they mistakenly entered the camp.

According to an initial assessment, they accidentally turned towards Al-Ram . A firebomb was thrown at the vehicle, which began to burn while the two were still inside. They quickly leapt out to escape, at which point they split and ran in different directions from the angry crowd that was chasing them.
