Tawfiq Okasha banned from leaving Egypt

According to Donya Al-Watan, Egyptian authorities placed parliamentarian Tawfiq Okasha, who met with the Israeli ambassador to Egypt, on a no-fly list.  Okasha has also been accused of falisfying his doctoral degree.
