IDF soldier dies after collapsing during physical training
The IDF Spokesperson’s Office has issued a statement, saying that Private Yehuda Swisa, a combatant in the Givati infantry brigade, died on Tuesday. Private Swissa, 19, collapsed during physical training and later passed away.
Brig. Gen. Nadav Padan, commander of the 162nd division, has ordered that all high-intensity training in the division’s unit’s be halted until the initial investigation of the incident is complete.
