Parole Board postpones decision on Katsav's early release

A Parole Board said Sunday that the decision on whether or not to release former president Moshe Katsav from prison early on good behavior will be made on Wednesday.
Katsav is serving a term of seven years in prison for two counts of rape, indecent assault and sexual harassment.
