Israeli Electric Corporation: PA to pay NIS 20 million immediately

The Israeli Electric Corporation came to an greement with the Palestinian Authority, whereby the PA will pay NIS 20 million of their outstanding debt.

This is in light of the fact that the IEC has restricted access power to the PA because of outstanding payments.

If the PA and IEC don't come to an agreement by the end of the week, the PA controlled areas may be subject to rolling blackouts
