Ministry of Education decided that new teachers need to pass personality tests

A document that was brought to the Knesset Education Committee, signed by Education Minister Naftali Bennett, reveals that the ministry will pilot next year with the participation of 1,500 teacher candidates a series of tests in which candidates will be evaluated on their personal qualifications. The tests focus on classification and in testing the candidates' suitability as teachers, They will contain a biographical questionnaire, a personal questionnaire, a test on teaching dilemmas, a personal interview and a group exercise in order to improve the teaching staff in the school system.
