Netanyahu tells Putin incidents between armies must be avoided , Golan must remain under Israeli sovereignty
Netanyahu told President Putin on Thursday that he came to Moscow to discuss closer coordination to avoid incidents between their militaries and that the Golan Heights is a red line which must remain part of Israel.
