Turkey claims Israel arrested Turkish leader of Nazi-style party in Ben-Gurion Airport

Turkey has claimed that Mustafa Destici, leader of the Nazi-style Turkiye Buyuk Birlik Partisi (BBP), was arrested on Wednesday night in Ben-Gurion Airport.

The arrest was apparently made on the instructions of security officials while he was departing from Israel.

During his stay in Israel, Destici visited mosques in Jerusalem and in Jaffa.

While he is not a member of parliament since he did not receive the required number of votes, the arrest has apparently caused outrage in Turkey. In the meantime, Israel has refused to comment on the matter.
