Ismail Haniyeh says Hamas does not want renewed war but won't accept buffer zone inside Gaza
Deputy Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh gave his first comments on the current escalation of violence between the IDF and Hamas on the Gaza border.
"We are not calling for a new war but we will also not agree to intrusions and imposing facts in the Gaza Strip territory by the Israeli side. We are saying to a buffer zone inside the borders of Gaza and Israel has to understand this." he said.
