Mexican judge rules drug lord 'Chapo' Guzman can be extradited

MEXICO CITY- A Mexican judge has ruled that Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman can be extradited to face drug trafficking charges in the United States, the country's federal court authority said on Monday, days after he was moved to a prison near the US border.
A source at the foreign ministry said nothing was likely to happen for weeks, however. Early Saturday, Guzman was moved to a high security prison in the northern city of Ciudad Juarez
