Militants kill two police in Russia's Dagestan, Islamic State claims responsibility

Police clashed with Islamist militants in Russia's volatile Dagestan region on Saturday, with four rebels and two officers killed, local media quoted police as saying.
Islamic State said its fighters were behind the attack.
The police stormed an apartment in the southern town of Derbent after obtaining information that a wounded senior officer held hostage by the militants was probably dead.
