Katsav's lawyer: 'he will not appeal Parole Board decision'

Former president Moshe Katsav's lawyer, Zion Amir, said his client will not officially appeal the Parole Board's decision not to shorten his prison sentence.

After being found guilty of rape and sexual harrassment, Katsav was sentenced to seven years in prison. He had recently applied to have his sentence shortened by one third.
