Death toll from northern Baghdad bombing rises to 38

BAGHDAD - The death toll from a suicide bombing in a marketplace in the northern Baghdad district of al-Shaab on Tuesday rose to 38, police and medical sources said.
More than 70 people were also wounded in the blast, while a separate bomb in southern district left six dead and another 21 wounded.
