MADRID- Spanish authorities say three French people were killed when the light aircraft they were flying crashed in a small northern town after reportedly colliding with a vulture.
A Navarra regional government statement said the two men and one woman died when the plane dived into a small plot between two houses in Arbizu on Thursday.
The statement Friday said an eyewitness saw the plane colliding with a vulture before crashing.
