Young man struck by vehicle in serious condition

A 20-year-old man was seriously injured on Monday night after being struck by a vehicle on Haim Bar-Lev Street in Tel Aviv. Another young individual was moderately injured. Both were evacuated to Tel HaShomer hospital in Ramat Gan.
